Our online and in-person training is skill-intensive

Our online and in-person training is skill-intensive, filled with practical tips that focuses on:

  • Fundraising training that is based on ‘hands-on’ and current experience with proven results
  • Governance training that is designed with the roles and responsibilities of Boards of nonprofits in mind
  • Finance training that aims to help social impact organisations become efficient and sustainable entities
  • Leadership training that inspires, educates and supports current and emerging nonprofit leaders
  • Curriculum Development that fills gaps in the training space to address the needs of the ‘for impact’ sector and its leaders, staff and volunteers.

Which of the following training services will your organisation benefit from in your journey
towards excellence?

Fundraising

As an international movement, we had an extremely complicated and sensitive strategic discussion to facilitate amongst multiple stakeholders from all around the world, each with hugely varying and opposing opinions and issues. Usha grasped the complexity of the topic and framed a workshop around it. Her facilitation of the workshop allowed a new direction to emerge for stakeholders to unite and plan for the future.

Governance

It has been a very pleasant learning experience, the consultants engaged us well and have provided us with excellent service that has motivated us to really work on our areas of weakness that will be beneficial to us in the long run

Finance

Gives me a clear picture of what I need to look out for in charity accounting systems and hold myself accountable to my team and Board on financial matters. Especially to our donors who trust us with their contributions, I will let them know that at all levels, we are transparent and accountable.

Leadership

I believe the art of facilitation enables a group to reach an outcome for which they will be fully committed and responsible. I saw that in action through the way Usha facilitated our country-focused strategy session. She is an active listener, very observant, sensitive to group dynamics and genuinely interested in a co-created outcome”.

Curriculum Development

Usha's expertise and colourful stories brought to life for us the huge potential for fundraising in our region. Our teams are now empowered to tackle new challenges in areas of fundraising we hadn't explored before. Her country-specific guidance was very helpful in particular. Thank you!
