The pinnacle leadership development programme sets out to groom strategic leaders in the non-profit sector. Managing Faith-based Organisations

Designed and delivered Strategic Leadership Program for mosque leaders, through the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis). Usha was the Curriculum Director and Lead Trainer. This program looks at how the mosque leaders can lead not only the religious leaders but the community itself.

Fundraising is vital for the sustainability, development and success of all non-profit organisations. Every organisation needs money to survive and thrive. Non-profits should have a clear idea of where the money is coming from in the long term. 

The course engages the learner in understanding the fundamentals of why and how donors give and be able to use tools to help them plan successful fund-raising activities. In addition to this learners will gain an improved insight into writing effective fund-raising proposals. Learners will also learn key fundraising tools and Techniques.

Mentoring Strategies for Millennials
Through the Mentoring Strategies for Millennials workshop, mentors learn aboutthe different stages in mentoring, the skills required of a mentor and more. Mentorswere given insights to the roles and responsibilities of the interns and millennial staff,as well as their expectations and skills through role-plays and discussions of thedifferent scenarios given. Conducted by Usha Menon in collaboration with SGTech.
Ms Usha Menon is a very articulate and lively teacher. She explained the content in a very precise manner using bite-sized nuggets of information. All in all, it was a pleasure to be on this course with her at the helm.
